LAGOS, Nigeria — The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) has announced that 33 vessels are set to dock at various Lagos ports this week, delivering petroleum products, food supplies, and other commodities.

According to the NPA’s Daily Shipping Position, the vessels are scheduled to arrive between March 2 and March 8 at Apapa Port, Tin Can Island Port, and Lekki Deep Sea Port.

Of the 33 incoming vessels, 16 are container ships carrying a range of goods. The others are loaded with essential commodities, including bulk urea, crude oil, fertilizer, salt, gypsum, and sugar.

The NPA also reported that 11 vessels and tankers have already arrived at the three ports and are currently waiting to berth. These ships are transporting aviation fuel, petrol, diesel, alkaline substances, and containerized cargo.

Additionally, 17 vessels are actively discharging cargo at the Apapa, Tin Can Island, and Lekki ports.
