President Buhari steps out in ceremonial Naval attire (video)

President Buhari on Monday May 22, stepped out in a ceremonial naval attire.  

The President rocked the outfit to the Presidential Fleet Review held at the Naval Dockyard Limited in Victoria Island, Lagos.
