“No condolences. Straight to family politics” – Nigerian lady shares older relative's reaction after she called to inform him about her father's death

A Nigerian lady, Enajite Efemuaye, has narrated how an older maternal relative reacted after she called to inform him about her father’s death.

“Called an older maternal relative to tell him about my dad and his response was “Are you the person supposed to be informing me?” No condolences or nothing. Straight to family politics. Worst part is that he already heard but was waiting for ceremonial information,” she wrote on Thursday, May 30.
