Racism storm rocks Chelsea as players UNFOLLOW Enzo Fernández on Instagram

Several Chelsea players have unfollowed Argentine midfielder Enzo Fernandez on Instagram after he posted a racist video online.

Chelsea player Enzo Fernandez is at the center of controversy after he live-streamed a video of himself and the Argentine national team singing a chant that has been deemed “racist” and “discriminatory” towards all Black players.

The incident occurred after Argentina’s Copa America final win against Colombia.

As a result, three of Fernandez’s Chelsea teammates have unfollowed him on Instagram, with several fans and observers condemning the development.

Fernandez’s Chelsea team-mate Wesley Fofana, who is French and the son of an Ivorian father, took to X (formerly Twitter) to declare the video ‘uninhibited racism’. 

Now, it has been revealed that he, Axel Disasi, and Malo Gusto have unfollowed the player on social media.

Philippe Diallo, president of the French Football Federation (FFF). has condemned the players’ actions, stating that they sang a chant that was “racist and discriminatory” towards their French counterparts.

He has also announced plans to file a legal complaint with FIFA. The video has sparked widespread criticism, and Fernandez is now at the center of a brewing storm.
