Yam seller caught ?Preserving? his products inside a gutter in Lagos (video)

 A video of a Yam seller bringing tubers of yam out of a gutter in Lagos has made the rounds on social media. 

The video shows the seller after he was apprehended. He could be seen bringing out tubers of yam from the gutter.
