Godwin Tom announces Music Business Academy for Africa 2021

What is it about?

1. On a mission to educate over 500 people across the continent on the industries of the Music Business through 6 important modules. We are working in collaboration with Music Ally, A Global Music Business Learning Platform and Professor Carlos Chirinos PhD of New York University’s Music Business Program.

2. Increase the participation of women in the industry by educating them and finding opportunities for them. We have already started this. Last year the fund helped increased the involvement of women in our training programs from 8% to 18%. This year we are aiming for 30 to 40%.

How you could support or help

1. Share information about the program and our program ad tomorrow on social media or to friends to help spread the word on what we are trying to achieve.

2. Sponsor students to the program. The program fee is 120,000 Naira or 300 USD for the 3 month program but for the sponsorship fund, we are discounting the fee to 200 USD to ensure it benefits more people.

3. Help us bring in sponsors. We have happy to discuss compensation for this.

4. Offer marketing support through major media platforms in Nigeria or any other country within the continent.
