Ebonyi state deputy governor Patricia Obila captured on video sharing N1k each to the needy

Ebonyi State Deputy Governor, Patricia Obila, has been captured on video sharing N1,000 each to commercial motorcyclists and physically-challenged persons. 

The video, which has gained attention, shows the deputy governor personally distributing the money to the needy in what appeared to be a public outreach effort.
