The first big move of the Tim Sheens era comes in the front office rather than on the field, with reports that the club has allowed general manager of football Adam Hartigan to leave.
The Sydney Morning Herald reports that the club has parted ways with Hartigan, who joined from the Roosters in 2019.

Hartigan joined the club after spending five seasons in different roles within the Sydney Roosters’ football department.
Sheens’ return to the club was announced months ago, but it was only in the past couple of days when clarity was given over his role.
He will be given full control over football decisions as the Tigers attempt to break the NRL’s longest finals drought. They last reached the post-season in 2011 under Sheens as head coach.
It’s been a busy week for the Tigers, who are reportedly on the verge of singing Canberra’s Josh Hodgson to fill a massive hole in their spine.
The club already already signed former State of Origin utility Tyrone Peachey on a two-year deal last week, worth around $400,000 per season.
