Ondo Poll Will Be My Last Election —Akeredolu

Governor of Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu has said that the forthcoming Governorship election would be the final one he contests.

Akeredolu is searching for reelection on the platform of the All Progressives Congress.

He said this on Tuesday in Akure, whereas signing a peace accord alongside the candidates of different events within the election.

Addressing the Nationwide Peace Committee and his contenders, the governor mentioned, “This gained’t be our first election, no less than for me. This would be the third time round that I can be contesting within the state. And this would be the third and final time that I can be contesting an election in Ondo State.”

Akeredolu is operating towards Eyitayo Jegede of the Peoples Democratic Celebration and his estranged deputy, Agboola Ajayi of the Zenith Labour Celebration.
