Between Senator Shehu Sani and former Kaduna state first lady, Hadiza El-Rufai on X

Former Kaduna state first lady, Hadiza El-Rufai, caused a stir on X last night when she came out to correct a post written by Senator Shehu Sani. 

The Senator had made a post about how President Tinubu traveling out of the country has a way of affecting the economy. He wrote;

‘’New law of economics;When the President travels out,Taxes and Prices goes up.”

Mrs El-Rufai who has a penchant for correcting bad English on X, spotted his post and also corrected the Senator. According to her, Sani’s post should have read ‘’go up” and not ‘’goes up.”
