Eko Club to host award ceremony, other events

To foster more unity among members of Eko Club, Lagos, its President, Tajudeen Agoro, has called on all its members, at home and abroad, to converge at the club’s arcade in Surulere, Lagos, for its merit award ceremony.

In a statement sent to Sunday Scoop and signed by the club’s social secretary, Prince Bolaji Ajasa-Oluwa, the five-in-one programme will hold today and will feature the ‘President’s party’, ‘induction of new members’, ‘merit awards’, ‘Easter and Eid-El-fitri celebrations’, as well as a ‘fundraising event to source for capital to fund some projects of the club.

The programme will start by 1pm is expected to be graced by dignitaries across different walks of life.

Iconic juju music maestro, King Sunny Ade, is billed to perform to the ecstasy of members and invited guests at the event.
