The president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, AGN, Emeka Rolland has said he is unaware of the medical condition veteran Nollywood actress, Genevieve Nnaji is allegedly battling.
Naija News reports that Genevieve Nnaji trended on social media platforms over the reports of being down due to drug abuse.
The veteran actress took to her Instagram story a few hours ago to debunk the report with a video of herself painting.
Reacting to the development, the President of the AGN, Emeka Rolland, told NAN that the ace actress and mother of one’s exit from Instagram was new to him too.
He, however, promised to reach out to the actress to know if she was safe.
Rolland said, “I will have to reach out to her since I am just getting this news from you now. I have not learnt of that.
”I’ll reach out to her to know whether she is safe or not after your call. I cannot just conclude with hearsay or rumour.”
