ADC breaks silence on ‘Kingibe suspension’ report

ADC Dismisses Suspension Claims of Senator Kingibe

By Luminous Jannamike

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has officially refuted claims regarding the suspension of Senator Ireti Kingibe, who represents the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). The party characterized these reports as false and misleading.

In a statement issued Thursday, Bolaji Abdullahi, the party’s National Publicity Secretary, emphasized that any issues concerning party members are resolved through established internal procedures rather than through public announcements.

“The African Democratic Congress is unaware of any suspension of Senator Ireti Kingibe,” Abdullahi stated, underscoring the party’s commitment to lawful and constitutional processes. “As a responsible political entity, the ADC has clearly defined channels for addressing any allegations.”

Abdullahi urged the media and the public to disregard the inaccurate reports concerning Senator Kingibe.

The ADC’s clarification comes in response to rumors suggesting that disciplinary actions had been initiated against the senator, which the party insists did not originate from its authorized internal frameworks.
