Vice President Kamala Harris was recently asked about how happy she was with her role in the Biden administration amidst stories about alleged dissatisfaction with how she has been used.
Harris said that she did not feel misused or underused and instead was excited about the work she continues to do.
Harris made her remarks during a recent interview on ABC News’ “Good Morning America.”

Harris Responds: ‘We’re getting things done, and we’re doing it together’
ABC News anchor George Stephanopoulos cited a report that claimed some of Harris’ allies have been frustrated with how she has been utilized by the current administration.
Stephanopoulos asked Harris if she, too, felt frustrated in how President Joe Biden has used her thus far.

Harris replied, “This was a good week.”
The vice president touted the passage of the $1.2 trillion infrastructure package which was then signed by the president.
“I’ve traveled around the country, as has the president,” Harris said. “We have convened members of Congress. We have convened people around our nation, asking, ‘What do you want?”
She continued, “And this is a response to what they want, and it’s actually going to hit the ground in a way that is going to have a direct impact on the American people. We’re getting things done, and we’re doing it together.”

Harris Says She Doesn’t Feel Misused, Giving A Laughing Response
Stephanopoulos asked, “So, you don’t feel misused or underused?”
“No,” Harris responded with her customary laughter. “I don’t.”
“I am very, very excited about the work that we have accomplished, but I am also absolutely, absolutely clear-eyed that there is a lot more to do, and we are going to get it done,” Harris finished.
