Famous artist, Ayoola Johnson, aka Ay.com has returned to the music scene after a brief hiatus.

The singer returns with a new record label deal after putting pen to paper with TMW-TNKAY worldwide music entertainment.

The record label chairman, Temmie Olabode expressed confidence that the partnership between Ay.com and the record label would be rewarding to both parties and the country.

She explained that “The music business is a serious business and can’t be put aside. It is anchored on the reality that music is also a way of life and can not be over-emphasized in this contemporary world.

“In Nigeria today, the entertainment industry has been a fast-growing business in the country. The entertainment industry is a business that generates value by providing people with something interesting to do. It’s a form of activity that holds attention or gives pleasure and delight to people.

“The global recorded music industries are experiencing a period of growth over the years. This rapid transformation of the music industry is through the innovation of record labels. And winning the Grammys is a big one for the Nigerian music industry,“ TMW chairman said.

She also expressed the confidence that given the importance Nigeria attaches to cultural heritage, TMW will use its influence as a label to promote African values.

“The world will focus on the Nigerian Entertainment industry now. We will create opportunities for serious, talented artists,” she stressed.
