[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] I’m pretty sure that nobody is sleeping soundly right now (I say this from a 5am start!) so while I think the cure for it is peace of mind, every little helps at this point and the Balance Me Beauty Sleep set is at least a touch point to acknowledge your wakefulness and to be active in trying to improve it.

The box has a value of £66 and contains Beauty Sleep Hyaluronic Mist with lavender, chamomile and frankincense essential oils as well as CBD Oil, St. John’s Wort and Valerian are also included. I am not sure, given this is not ingestible, how much the latter can help but as someone who responds well to aromatherapy, I am fully on board with the first three. There’s also a Beauty Sleep CBD Concentrate which I have the same reservation on but with oils of Ylang-Ylang, Frankincense, Cedarwood and Lavender it really does smell beautiful – the sort of scent that makes you smile.

As you can see, there’s also a moisturising hand cream and a face serum so it’s a well rounded set for pampering yourself or anyone else. I’m currently trialling an ingestible CBD oil – I really have no time for it as a skin care ingredient…the data just isn’t there in any solid enough forms for it to be a credible asset although I do believe it does no harm being there. It’s why I very rarely feature any CBD beauty products. I’m very curious to see if it’s helpful although it’s only been a week or so and ideally I need to wait a month before drawing any conclusions.
