Broncos woes deepen as star joins injured list

By Emily Patterson and Simon Brunsdon

Brisbane‘s early-season injury curse has continued with another gun forward going down at training on Tuesday.

Hours before naming their team for round four, the Broncos watched talented backrower Brendan Piakura limp off the paddock.

9News journalist Dominique Loudon reports Piakura will miss Friday’s clash with North Queensland.
