Coward, tell us what you told Vinicius – Thierry Henry, Richards slam Benfica’s Prestianni

Henry, Richards Condemn Alleged Racial Abuse Incident Involving Benfica Player

Former Arsenal striker Thierry Henry and former Manchester City defender Micah Richards criticized Benfica’s Gianluca Prestianni following allegations of racial abuse directed at Real Madrid’s Vinicius Junior.

The incident reportedly occurred during the Champions League Round of 16 first leg, where Real Madrid secured a 1-0 victory over Benfica on Tuesday.

In an interview with CBS Sports Golazo, Henry called for Prestianni to take responsibility for his actions. “Let’s see how big a man Prestianni is. Tell us what you said. You must have said something because you can’t just tell Mbappé, ‘I didn’t say anything,’” Henry stated. He further emphasized, “What do you mean you didn’t say anything? So you cover your nose because you have a cold?”

Richards, speaking alongside Henry, reinforced the criticism by labeling Prestianni a “coward.”

In response to the allegations, UEFA has initiated an investigation into the matter.
