The internet has been flooded with photos of media personality, Toke Makinwa and her “best friends,” Farouk, in what looks like an engagement ceremony with many of Toke’s family and friends in attendance. 

As friends, well wishers, and fans online began to congratulate the media girl, there was soon confusion as to whether the ceremony was real or just a joke between friends. 

Actress and DJ, Ms. Dsf, who was one of the first people to share the ‘engagement photos’ later said she was joking, and that it wasn’t an engagement ceremony but Toke’s 40th birthday Thanksgiving. 

Ragardless, looks like the two are in a relationship and we should say congrats in advance?
