Erica talks big on being one of the stand-out actresses of the new generation

Ex-BBNaija housemate Erica Nlewedim has talked big about her progress and achievements in the entertainment industry.

Erica featured in the latest edition of ‘This Day Style’ magazine cover as part of the new generation of Nollywood stars.

Taking to her Instagram page to brag, Erica recalls her bustling years in the entertainment industry.

Erica revealed at 18, she began her journey into the entertainment industry doing TV commercials, beauty pageants, movie and modelling audition; and finally, introduced herself as an actress since 2015.

According to Star girl, through the years and with consistency in her work several opportunities have come along and she’s thankful to God because the magazine cover embodies the proof of her hard work.

Erica added that appearing on the cover of this particular magazine is actually and being acknowledged as one of the stand-out actresses of the new generation is as good as being given an award; and also explains the fact that she’s on the right path.

She wrote:“All the years of hardwork! I’ve been in the entertainment industry for 9 years, I started tv commercials at 18! Beauty pageants, movie and modeling auditions, introducing myself as an actress since 2015 and people looking at me like am I sure I’m really an actress to finally the world seeing me and all the work over the years started to show!

“More opportunities came my way as a result! I just want to thank God for this magazine cover because it symbolizes the results of my hard work!

“This is as good as an award to me! I’m one of the stand out actresses of the new generation! I’m on the right path!”

Other new generation of Nollywood stars that adorned the magazine’s cover page include: Bimbo Ademoye, Nancy Isimem, Beverly Osu, Sharon Ooja and several others.
