Governor Seyi Makinde procures bicycles for civil servants to move within the state secretariat (photos)

To ease vehicular traffic within the state secretariat, Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo state has procured bicycles the civil servants working in the secretariat will use to move within the premises.

The bicycles were delivered to the secretariat on Tuesday, March 9.
