Hanks Anuku: Comedian Nas Boi Raises Alarm After New Encounter With Veteran Actor

Popular Instgram comedian, Nas Boi has raised alarm following a recent encounter with veteran Nollywood actor, Hanks Anuku.

Naija News reports that Nas Boi via his Instagram story on Monday describe the unfavorable condition in which he found the 62-year-old veteran in Asaba.

He affirmed that the actor looked unacceptable and urgently needed help as he was spotted roaming the streets of Asaba at wee hours.

He also pondered on the reasons why his colleagues dismissed reports of his state of health.

Revealing that he collected his number and would do his bit to help him, the sensational skit maker wrote: “Yo that’s Hank Anuku. Why are people saying this man is ok? Why???? Man is roaming the streets of ASABA looking helpless. I got his number. I will do my bit. That man made my childhood. Ogbadenagbawan”.

There have been a series of disturbing videos of a man who bears the same physical appearance as a 62-year-old veteran actor, looking unkempt and haggard roaming the streets of Asaba on social media.

The footages of what seems to be the actor, (following his constant denial) have continued to attract mixed reactions on social media platforms, with many users expressing their concerns.

While his younger colleagues, Adanma Luke and Iheme Nancy, confirmed his poor mental condition, thereby calling on the general public to help him, others like Shan George refuted the claims, tagging them as fake news.

I Am Okay- Hanks Speaks On His Health

The veteran actor, Hanks Anuku in a recent interview, said that he would never be in the condition that people wish him and assured Nigerians that he is strong, sane and wealthy.

The actor also urged those spreading and writing fake stories about him should leave him alone, noting that he has been on set and available for all movie productions.

He also called on the Holy Spirit to forgive those riding on the footage and pictures from a movie set to destroy his image.

Deafening Silence Of Actors’ Guild of Nigeria

All efforts made to seek clarity on the health status of the veteran actor, Hanks has proven abortive as the Actors Guild of Nigeria continues to maintain silence over the situation.

In a recent chat, veteran actor Jude Orhaorha told newsmen that nobody knows the absolute truth about Hank’s health condition.

He further maintained that he was in no position to give details of the actor’s health as the acting body were working out to find the truth.

In his word: “I’m in no position to talk about Hank’s health, but I can say that the Actors Guild of Nigeria is working to find out the truth. The real issue here is that nobody knows the real truth.”

Weeks have passed and the acting body is still yet to make an official statement on the real status of the actor’s health.
