I never said Umahi tied wrapper, met me in my hotel room – Tracy Ohiri apologises (VIDEO)

Tracy Ohiri Withdraws Allegations Against Minister David Umahi
Tracy Ohiri, the woman who accused Minister of Works David Umahi of financial wrongdoing, has formally apologized and retracted her statements.
In a recent video statement, Ohiri clarified that her earlier remarks about Umahi visiting her hotel room were misinterpreted. She emphasized that she did not allege that Umahi had invited her to Ebonyi State or that she had any direct interactions with Nella Engineers, a construction firm.
Ohiri expressed regret over the controversy her claims have sparked, extending her apologies to Umahi and his family for any distress caused. “I apologize for the confusion and embarrassment these allegations have caused him and his family,” she said.
After consulting with her family and reflecting on the past week’s events, Ohiri concluded that it was time to prioritize peace and move forward. “I never said David Umahi tied a wrapper to meet me in a hotel room. After a careful review of last week’s events, I believe it’s important that we give peace a chance,” she stated.
Ohiri’s retraction comes amid heightened scrutiny surrounding her initial accusations.
