Jay-Z has made his first public appearance just a day after he was accused of r@ping a 13-year-old girl with Diddy.  The rapper stepped out with his wife, Beyonc, and daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, at the premiere of Mufasa: The Lion King on Monday. December 9.
