But, this is not news – what’s new for this range is a refillable option (remember last week I was saying that refills seemed to have dropped off the agenda somewhat… wrong again!) which cuts out 72% of packaging HERE. They’re available in Bath & Shower Gel, Body Lotion and the Home Candle. I didn’t know that Pomelo is the brand’s best-selling fragrance although I don’t feel at all surprised.
I’m taking a leaf out of my mum’s book here and being pedantic about the fact there is no hand wash. There is a bath and shower gel which of course works perfectly well as a hand wash but I want something that says ‘hand wash’ to make it not feel like I’m somehow wasting it. My mum won’t or can’t use a night cream during the day even if her skin is super dry – she wants it to be a ‘day’ cream. She won’t use a rich day cream at night… and on we go. I’ve inherited this quirk, clearly, in the form of body wash and hand wash. In 2011, there was literally only a Pomelo fragrance but a decade on it comes in every form you could want (except hand wash – oh and a solid soap .. I’d love one of those!). If you’re after decadence, opt for the Bath Cologne, £55, for an absolute immersion, both literally and olfactorily.
