Adamawa Governor Fintiri Defects to All Progressives Congress
Ahmadu Fintiri, the governor of Adamawa State, has officially joined the All Progressives Congress (APC). The announcement came during a statewide broadcast on Friday, in which Fintiri revealed that he and members of his cabinet, along with supporters from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), have made the transition to the ruling party.
In his address, Fintiri stated that his decision was motivated by a desire to accelerate development and serve the best interests of the people of Adamawa State.
