Michelle Mukoro, popularly known as influencer King Mitchy, is alive after her management team retracted an earlier statement declaring her death. In a recent update, her management confirmed that she is in stable condition, stating simply, “Michelle is okay now.”

The confusion surrounding her well-being began against the backdrop of an ongoing social media conflict with activist VeryDarkMan. The dispute arose over allegations related to Mukoro’s charitable activities, particularly a claim she made about completing a school renovation in just six days. Mukoro also challenged VeryDarkMan regarding his oversight of public donations since 2025.

Tensions heightened further when VeryDarkMan alleged that Seyi Tinubu, the son of President Bola Tinubu, was financing Mukoro’s charitable initiatives. This controversy may have contributed to the loss of Mukoro’s business Instagram account.

In a concerning live video, Mukoro was seen ingesting a substance believed to be a bleach product known as “hypo.”

Earlier, her management had stated that she passed away at Prime Care Hospital in Abuja, asserting that medical personnel were unable to resuscitate her. They urged the public to respect her family’s privacy during this difficult time. However, Prime Care Hospital has since denied these claims, emphasizing that Mukoro was never admitted there and warning of potential legal action against those spreading false information.
