‘Lagos No Be Rivers’ – Angry Residents Humiliate G5 Governors In Lagos (Video)

The five aggrieved Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governors, who have described themselves as G5 were reportedly humiliated by some residents of Lagos State as the division within the party lingers ahead of the 2023 elections.

The G5 Governors include Nyesom Wike (Rivers), Seyi Makinde (Oyo), Samuel Ortom (Benue), Okezie Ikpeazu (Abia), and Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi (Enugu).

Naija News reports that the treatment melted at the governors was disclosed by veteran Nigerian journalist and former presidential aspirant, Dele Momodu.

The PDP chieftain took to his Instagram page to share a video of some members of the party expressing their grievances as they stage a walkout from the venue of an event being held by the party.

According to Dele Momodu, the governors were humiliated while addressing the party members not to vote for the PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, and the Lagos Gubernatorial candidate, Abdullazeez Adeniran, popularly known as Jandor.

The spokesman of the PDP Presidential Campaign Council added that Lagosians are ready to vote for Atiku and Jandor.

He captioned the video: “The G5 was humiliated today in Lagos when addressing the party people not to vote Atiku and Jandor in the coming elections, they were disgraced with their dollars, Lagos no be Rivers. We are ready to win lagos State. All Lagos state voters ready to vote Dr Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran aka Jandor…”
