Sevilla and Rayo Vallecano End in 1-1 Draw
Akor Adams ended a five-game goal drought for Sevilla as the team played to a 1-1 draw against Rayo Vallecano in LaLiga at the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium.
Adams opened the scoring for Sevilla in the 13th minute with a header, receiving a precise cross from César Azpilicueta. However, Rayo Vallecano equalized five minutes into the second half through Pacha Espino.
This season, Adams has now notched seven goals and three assists in 22 league appearances for the Rojiblancos. Following the draw, Sevilla remains in 13th place in the LaLiga standings.
Looking ahead, Sevilla is set to travel to face league leaders Barcelona in their next match.
