Leave my wife and I alone – Nollywood veteran Frederick Leonard to critics

Nollywood actor Frederick Leonard has delivered a clear message to critics and bloggers he accuses of meddling in his marriage and personal life.

The veteran actor took to Instagram on December 26, 2024, to express his frustration over ongoing scrutiny surrounding his marriage to actress Peggy Ovire.

In his detailed post, he addressed the false claims and speculation and emphasised the need for everyone to stay out of their business.

“Dear idle and Uzless bloggers, with your empty-headed followers, leave me and my wife’s name out of your contaminated blogs,” he began. “This marriage IS NOT YOUR BUISNESS. What goes on in this marriage will not make your lives better or put food on your table,” he added.

Beyond bad leadership, poverty is at the all-time high because stupidity is on the increase, and people are channeling their energy and attention wrongly. Y’all should LEAVE US ALONE ! Since we got married, Y’all have been sniffing like hungry dogs 🐕 looking for what you will never find.

He also dismissed rumors and criticism about their marital choices, including Peggy’s decision to post photos without him, and do other things without him.

He emphasised, “We DO NOT OWE this Toxic social media space any explanation for our action or a sneak peek of what’s happening in our Home. Marriage is Not SLAVERY ! She can post Christmas photos without me in it. She can rest her fingers and not wear her ring, I bought the ring and I’m not complaining. She can go on vacation without me, IT’S NOT YOUR BUSINESS.”

“She can wear short dresses cos she’s a stunning woman, and the bush ones amongst you will BE ALRIGHT. She can Live her Life and be happy! And i will do the same, be happy and Fulfilled,” he added.

He warned the public against projecting onto his marriage, stressing that his decisions to remain professional as an actor has no effect on his marriage.

“I’m not gonna stop kissing in movies cos I’m now married or cos of what some UnENLIGHTENED dumb fuvks will think, No professional actor anywhere in the world does that.”

Leonard concluded, “This will be the last time The LEONARDS will address Blogs and social media idiocyy. if Y’all decide to continue in your follly after this post, my wife and I will just relax and laugh, as the senselesss one will become a source of entertainment for us.PEGGY AND I ARE DIFFERENT ! read that again.
