Maroons star Harry Grant has denied he will miss the State of Origin decider and believes the time off in recent weeks will hold him in good stead for the clash.
After missing two games for the Storm and not playing any football since game two due to a sternum, Grant claims he is good to go for Wednesday’s must-win game.
“It’s going well,” he told Nine’s Sunday Footy Show.
“It’s amazing what a couple of weeks off can do in footy.
“I feel very fresh and ready to go. We’ve had plenty of training sessions to get through this week, so I’m really confident.”
Grant has been named to come off the bench for Queensland, with veteran Ben Hunt in the starting dummy-half role.
