Episode 9 focuses on the story of Sirens who use their singing or attractive voice to seduce humans and lead them to their deaths. The story is set in an ancient backdrop, with a troop of Knights stopping by a river to relax. At this time, a witch with mystical powers uses her voice to captivate all of the soldiers and monks. Everybody is wanting to get closer to this girl, who is adorned with priceless stones.

In order to be the first to get closer to the siren, a bloody fight started. Soon, everyone killed each other and only Jibaro was left alive. Jibaro was ready to grab whatever things he desired once his companions were killed. As he was deaf, he was unable to respond to the Siren’s singing. But as a result, the two fell fascinated with one another.

It’s vague whether the Siren had feelings for Jibaro, which is why she kissed him ignoring the fact that it hurt him. Unfortunately for her, Jibaro’s attraction to her was from her decorative scales. After beating the Siren out fast, Jibaro invaded her body and stripped her of her beautiful pearls and scales before returning her to the stream.

What happens to Jibaro In the end?

Sadly for Jibaro, he was still unable to cross the bush and ended up at a lake. There he stopped and quenched his thirst once more. Nonetheless, the Siren’s blood had flowed into the water, and when Jibaro drank it, he was healed of his hearing. Jibaro was shocked by his newfound abilities to hear, and in his distress, he returned to the lake.

Siren came back to life and was angry at the betrayal of Jibaro. The Siren, no more vulnerable to her ability, exacted her wrath on Jibaro, dragging him deeper and deeper into the sea until he was among countless men who fell victim to her.
