As tonight’s recoupling looms, Love Island fans are beginning to panic over Davide Sanclimenti’s place in the villa.
In Friday’s cliffhanger, newcomer Danica Taylor was getting ready to choose who to couple up with, and the last boy standing in Sunday’s episode will be dumped from the villa
Following his explosive showdown with Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, viewers are worried that Davide could be at risk after Danica, 21, stressed that Luca Bish and Jacques O’Neill were her ‘type.’
Casting their predictions online, one person tweeted: ‘The fact that Davide could potentially be dumped from the villa after providing the whole UK with quality entertainment.’
‘What’s the game plan if Danicka chooses Jay, Ekin-Su? Are you gonna couple up with Remi? Then Davide is dumped? … I don’t like the idea of Ekin-Su being the one to dump Davide. I’m not ready for him to leave,’ another stated.
While a third person wrote: ‘Omg just realised if Danica couples uo with Jay. That means Ekin-si will couple up with Remi meaning DAVIDE [email protected] dumped.’

It’s been a whirlwind of emotions over the last few days, after the Italian business owner, 27, confronted Ekin-Su for kissing Jay Younger.
‘They’re gonna give you an Oscar,’ he yelled, as Ekin-Su continued to explain to the girls: ‘Yes I kissed him, so what? He’s not said I’m his girlfriend technically, it’s not cheating.’
‘He’s acting like he cares now, what the hell? That’s what confused me.’
One boy will be leaving the villa tonight.
Davide was the first bombshell of the series.
Davide admitted that he didn’t want to open up to Ekin-Su as he was ‘scared’ that she would hurt him.
He said: ‘This is the reason why I was not opening myself because I am scared to be hurt from a woman like you.’
Davide continued his scathing remarks and told Ekin-Su he’s looking for something ‘real’ in the villa.
‘Now I actually don’t give a s*** about you,’ he repeated, ‘you’re a liar an actress. Here I’m looking for something real.’
Love Island returns tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
