AUSTIN, Texas (June 7, 2022) – Nine student-athletes from the Southeastern Conference were named to the 2022 Academic All-America® Division I Softball Teams, selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).

Five from the SEC are among the 14 student-athletes who were repeat selections on the Academic All-America® Division I softball team: Alabama’s Montana Fouts and Kaylee Tow; Florida’s Charla Echols; Kentucky’s Renee Abernathy; and Tennessee’s Ashley Rogers. Tow was named a CoSIDA Academic All-America® choice for the fourth time.
