Kun Khalifat FC has named Christopher Chijioke as the new team manager for the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) club. Chijioke replaces Ifeanyi Anaemena, a former defender for Enyimba and Remo Stars, who departed after a challenging season.
The club’s leadership is seeking to restructure its operations and enhance on-field performance, making Chijioke’s hiring a critical component of this initiative. Currently, Kun Khalifat FC sits at the bottom of the NPFL standings, holding 28 points from 27 matches.
This weekend, Kun Khalifat FC will face Enyimba in a highly anticipated Oriental Derby.
