Otu has argued that Katsina United received a postponement in a similar circumstance, highlighting what he perceives as inconsistent treatment by the league.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, the NPFL confirmed the hearing and reiterated that Otu must provide substantiation for his allegations regarding the differential treatment of the two clubs.
