President Muhammadu Buhari was in Maiduguri, the Borno State Capital, to commission various projects.

There were speculations that the visit might be canceled after three bombs rocked the city just a few hours before the president’s arrival.

He was received by the state governor Babagana Zulum, Kaduna state governor Nasir El-Rufai and many other state government officials. See more photos below
