Rare moment as Davido, Burna Boy, and Wizkid all perform at the same event

It’s not common to find the Big 3 – Davido, Burna Boy, and Wizkid at the same place let alone performing at the same event.

This was the case on December 19, 2024, when all three superstars graced the Oando End of the Year concert in one of the notable moments of 2024.

Burna Boy delighted fans with a collection of his hit singles including his recently released ‘Bundle By Bundle’. Videos of the event shared online by concertgoers captured the Grammy winner treating fans to an acapella rendition of some of his memorable hit records.

Wizkid who returned to Nigeria yesterday also performed at the event. Fans captured him opening his set with his recently released single ‘Kese’ off his new album ‘Morayo’.

Davido had the crowd screaming with his rendition of his classic hit record ‘Dami Duro’. The four-time Grammy nominee also performed his latest single ‘Funds’ featuring OdumoduBlvck & Chike.

The album is one of the singles released ahead of his highly anticipated fifth album ‘Five’ set for release in March 2025.

The event has generated conversation online as observers marveled at the financials that made it possible for all three stars to grace the event, especially considering their huge booking fees.

It was also a rare moment for Nigerian music to have all of Burna Boy, Davido, and Wizkid perform at the same event giving the hostilities between them. The interminable beef between Wizkid and Davido was ignited in 2024 by a series of tweets by Wizkid.

Also, Burna Boy and Davido have not been on good terms since 2020 when their beef was made public.
