Award-winning superstar Rema has extended his record on Billboard Hot 100 (chart week April 1, 2023) to two weeks.
As Afrobeats is fast-becoming the biggest genre in the world, Nigerian musicians are making their mark on the international charts. ‘Calm Down’ remix featuring Selena Gomez became the highest-charting African song on Billboard Hot 100 after it rose to NO. 8 last week.The single surpassed the previous record held by Wizkid’s ‘Essence’ featuring Tems & Justin Bieber.
