Rema Sets New Career Milestone Record On Spotify With His Debut Album “Rave And Roses”

Talented Nigerian Afrobeat singer Divine Ikubor, popularly known by his stage name Rema, has set a new career milestone record on the Spotify Nigeria chart since the chart was introduced.

The Mavin prince has established new feet and an unmatched record on Spotify Nigeria by becoming the youngest ever Nigerian act to own an album with over 100M streams on Spotify.

Rema’s “Rave & Roses” has surpassed 100 MILLION streams on Spotify. In less than 3 months of release, it becomes the first 2022 project by an African act to hit the mark.

The album released on the 24th of March 2022, has gained huge streams across all digital streaming platforms, and it has been doing so well on the charts continental and also globally as well.

The album ‘Rave & Roses’ tops the Spotify Nigeria Weekly Album Chart taking his total tally of weeks at number one on the chart to nine weeks which is the highest and currently retaining its record as the longest for any artist since the Spotify Nigeria chart was introduced.
