Roma v Feyenoord live stream, Wednesday 25 May, 8pm BST
Looking for a Roma v Feyenoord live stream? We’ve got you covered with our handy guide.
Jose Mourinho is one game away from leading Roma to their first major European title, but Feyenoord stand in their way in the Europa Conference League final.
The Special One has had a debut season of ups and downs in the Italian capital, but he has a golden chance to finish it off in style in Tirana and, in doing so, end Roma’s 14-year wait for silverware.
Whatever happens in Albania, Roma are guaranteed to be playing Europa League football next season after sealing sixth place with a 3-0 win over Torino on Friday.
Mourinho’s men have been one of the leading contenders to win the inaugural Conference League since they began their campaign in the play-off round.
They topped their group despite suffering a humiliating 6-1 defeat away to Bodo/Glimt in Norway, before knocking out Vitesse and then getting revenge on the Norwegians in the quarter-finals with a 5-2 aggregate victory.
Roma then took down Leicester in the semi-finals after claiming a 1-1 draw at the King Power before edging to a 1-0 win in the second leg at home.
Feyenoord, who finished third in the Eredivisie this season, are looking to win their first European title in 20 years.
The Dutch side have a glorious history in continental competition, having won the European Cup in 1969/70 and two UEFA Cups, in 1973/74 and 2001/02.
Cyriel Dessers’ goals have fired them to the Conference League final this year, with the Nigerian topping the competition scoring charts with 10 goals, one ahead of Roma’s Tammy Abraham.
Feyenoord reached the final by winning their group before knocking out Partizan, Slavia Prague and Marseille in the knockout stages.
Kick-off is at 8pm BST on Wednesday 25 May, and the game is being broadcast live by BT Sport 1 (opens in new tab). See below for international broadcast options.
VPN guide
If you’re out of the country for a round of Premier League fixtures, then annoyingly your domestic on-demand services won’t work – the broadcaster knows where you are because of your IP address (boo!). You’ll be blocked from watching it, which is not ideal if you’ve paid up for a subscription and still want to catch the action without resorting to illegal feeds you’ve found on Reddit.
But assistance is on hand. To get around that, all you have to do is get a Virtual Private Network (VPN), assuming it complies with your broadcaster’s T&Cs. A VPN creates a private connection between your device and t’internet, meaning the service can’t work out where you are and won’t automatically block the service you’ve paid for. All the info going between is entirely encrypted – and that’s a result.
