Rude chat between a vendor and customer shocks X users

A customer on X has shared his chat with a vendor he tried to patronise. 

He chose to share in reaction to a chat shared by a different vendor who shared her chat with an impatient customer. 

In the screenshot shared by the man, he is seen telling the vendor that he wants to place an order for food. 

And the vendor rudely responded with “order na.” 

The screenshots have started a conversation about phone and text message etiquette.
