SEC Baseball Television Schedule Announced

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Feb. 7, 2023)—–A total of 91 Southeastern Conference baseball games are slated to be televised during the 2023 season by SEC Network, ESPN2 and ESPNU, it was announced Tuesday.

SEC Network will air 72 games, the first two of which will be Florida’s game against Miami and Georgia’s game against Georgia Tech on March 5. Eleven games are slated for ESPNU throughout the season and eight games will air on ESPN2.

Six games are scheduled to be televised on SEC Network and ESPNU during the opening weekend of SEC play March 16-19. In addition, three wildcard games during the final weekend of the regular season (May 18-20) will be selected to air on SEC Network.

All 17 games of the SEC Tournament are slated to be televised May 23-28. The first 16 games will air on SEC Network, while the SEC Tournament Championship Game will air on ESPN2.

Opening day for the 2023 season is Friday, Feb. 17. Eleven SEC teams have been ranked in the top-25 of the preseason college baseball polls.
