Shopowners count their losses as FCTA demolishes Shopping complex (photos)

Honestly, we are so dishonest in this country.
First off, they were give 1yr notice and subsequently reminded of the need to rebuild that place. I have known this complex for 21yrs, maybe even longer. If that place had collapsed, govt didn’t protect citizens. Evacuate let’s rebuild, you won’t move despite temporary space being allocated for you. That plaza was intended for maybe 200 shops but no, you people think you are smart and started cutting shops into 2/3. When would we start doing the right thing for ourselves and this country? Now the comment section of this post is filled with vile vitriol typed by very inept, uninformed people with accusations that make no sense.
I am so glad I didn’t vote for PO if this is the rhetoric his supposedly superior followers are able to share. Do better!
