Sir Shina Peters Ordained Bishop

Well-liked Juju musician, Sir Shina Peters, has been ordered a bishop of a Cherubim and Seraphim (C&S) church.

Naija News reviews that Shina Peters shared a video from his ordination on his Instagram web page.

Within the video believed to have been taken on Saturday in Lagos, Shina Peters was wearing a bishop’s outfit as a certificates was handed out to him by authorities of the church.

Born in Ogun state, Peters’ profession in music started at a younger age when he performed with pals below the deal with of Olushina and His Twelve Incredible Brothers. He taught himself the piano and later joined Ebenezer Obey’s band.

He would later go away Obey’s band to affix Normal Prince Adekunle as a guitarist.

Adekunle’s band performed in Lagos lodges similar to Western Resort, Palm Seaside, and Government Resort. When Adekunle was unwell, Peters acted as lead singer.

He later left Adekunle to type Shina Adewale, a band with Segun Adewale. The duo quickly cut up. Peters had put out albums with Segun Adewale within the 80s earlier than ultimately forming his Sir Shina Peters & His Worldwide Stars.
