Sitting in the toilet for a long time can give you pile – Doctor warns people who spend hours on the phone while using the toilet

Nigerian medical practitioner, Dr. Olufunmilato has warned Nigerians against sitting in the toilet for too long. According to him, this can lead to a person developing Hemorrhoids also known as pile.

In a Twitter thread, Dr Olufunmilayo explained what could happen to the anus after prolonged sitting on a toilet seat.
