Super Eagles to face Jordan in friendly amid World Cup uncertainty

Nigeria’s Super Eagles to Face Jordan in International Friendly
The Super Eagles of Nigeria will compete against Jordan in an international friendly match scheduled for March in Amman, according to a report by DAILY POST.
This friendly is part of Jordan’s preparation for their debut appearance at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Jordan has been placed in a challenging group alongside defending champions Argentina, as well as Algeria and Austria.
Nigeria’s participation in the match hinges on an upcoming ruling from FIFA regarding the country’s eligibility protest against the Democratic Republic of Congo.
In addition to the match against Jordan, Nigeria is in discussions with Iran for another friendly also slated for March.
