Superdrug Naturally Radiant Glow 2-in-1 Serum & Moisturiser Review | British Beauty Blogger

[unpaid/purchase/affiliate] Hmm, so in my endeavours to find good quality products at more reasonable prices, I picked up Superdrug Naturally Radiant Glow 2-in-1 Serum & Moisturiser, priced at £3.99 for 50ml. I don’t care at all that the packaging is the cheapest possible arrangement – it doesn’t look expensive and that’s because it isn’t.

However, any hopes of the serum/moisturiser hybrid being a hidden treasure were quickly stamped on. You know, it will give your complexion hydration but it’s almost purely reliant on glycerin to do that. The small print label includes mention of  vegan coconut yoghurt without really explaining what that might do for the skin, while the lactobacillus ferment that allows for the ‘probiotic’ claim is fourth from the bottom meaning its effect can only be minimal. Citric acid is an exfoliant, hence the ‘glow’ claim but it’s third from the bottom. All in all, it’s a no-frills product with a clever marketing label. Yes, you’ll get light hydration from this but in my opinion, not much else, although if a basic is all you want and need, we can’t really complain at the price. Magic it isn’t, serviceable it is. It’s HERE. £3.99 is the current offer price – I would not pay the original price of £7.99 (well, actually I did because I bought it in store before the offer – I’m just suggesting you don’t!).
