Suspected thief tied to electric pole with stolen chicken around his neck in Plateau

A suspected thief was tied to an electric pole and publicly shamed after he was caught allegedly stealing a chicken in Jos, Plateau State. 

A Plateau politician, Pam Nyango, posted a photo of the suspect with the stolen chicken tied around his neck on Tuesday, October 29, 2024.

“99 days for the thief, one day for the owner this morning in my area,” he wrote.
