Operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS), Lagos State Police Command have arrested a 21-year-old suspected vandal, Ibrahim Ashafa, for removing metal drain ducts on the Third Mainland Bridge.   The suspect was caught about 4:30 a.m. on Monday, August 28, 2023 by operatives on patrol of the bridge.    …
